As we expand, we’re looking for a high-performing Advertising Sales Manager to drive new business, build strategic partnerships, and close high-value advertising deals.

The Role: Advertising Sales Manager

As an Advertising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling performance-based digital advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and direct advertisers. You will prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals, helping advertisers leverage Secco Squared’s powerful media capabilities to scale their customer acquisition.

This is a hunter role you will be expected to drive new business, establish strong relationships, and generate revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Close New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising deals with brands, agencies, and direct advertisers.
  • Sell Performance-Based Advertising Solutions: Educate clients on how Secco Squared’s first-party data, email marketing, and media buying strategies can drive ROI.
  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Build a sales pipeline and exceed revenue targets through proactive prospecting and strategic selling.
  • Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal teams (media buyers, analysts, creative strategists) to deliver high-performing campaigns for your clients.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Structure high-value contracts and execute performance-driven advertising agreements.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest in digital marketing, performance advertising, and media buying to advise clients effectively

What We Are Looking For

We need a closer—someone who:

  • Thrives in a high-stakes, performance-driven sales environment.
  • Has a strong network in the advertising/marketing industry.
  • Understands performance-based digital advertising (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC models).
  • Can sell to C-level executives, marketing directors, and media buyers.
  • Is relentless in pursuing revenue and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, digital marketing sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value advertising deals.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and first-party data strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and exceed quotas.
  • Experience with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, email, etc.).
