The Role: Growth Manager

As a Growth Manager at Secco Squared, you will take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring their success, retention, and growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and revenue optimization. You will be expected to analyze performance data, uncover new opportunities, and upsell additional solutions—all while maintaining a strong rapport with clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage & Grow Key Accounts: Own the day-to-day relationship with existing clients, ensuring their success and identifying ways to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Optimize Performance: Analyze data trends, campaign performance, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Upsell & Expand Partnerships: Introduce new Secco Squared solutions that align with client goals, driving incremental revenue growth.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and solve client challenges, leveraging data, industry trends, and creative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including media buyers, data analysts, and creative strategists, to ensure client success.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with performance marketing trends and competitive strategies to advise clients on best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, growth marketing, performance marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and driving revenue.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing, and first-party data strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Experience using CRMs, analytics tools, and media buying platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
