As we continue to scale, we need a Publisher Sales Manager to expand and optimize our
publisher network, recruit high-quality traffic sources, and maximize revenue
opportunities.
The Role: Publisher Sales Manager
As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-value publishers to grow Secco Squared’s performance marketing business. You will build relationships with affiliates, media buyers, networks, and publishers—helping them monetize their traffic effectively through our offers and media solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker, dealmaker, and relationship builder who understands affiliate marketing, traffic monetization, and performance-based advertising models.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit & Scale Publishers: Identify, onboard, and manage high-value publishers, affiliates, and media partners.
- Grow Publisher Revenue: Optimize existing publisher relationships, improving performance and driving incremental revenue.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Secure exclusive publisher agreements, traffic deals, and partnerships to expand Secco Squared’s reach.
- Traffic Optimization: Work closely with publishers to maximize traffic quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Develop New Publisher Channels: Identify new traffic sources across email, display, native, social, and search to diversify revenue streams.
- Monitor & Analyze Performance: Use data-driven insights to optimize partnerships and scale successful publisher strategies.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with affiliate marketing, media buying, and performance advertising trends to ensure Secco Squared remains competitive.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher development, or performance-based media sales.
- Proven track record of onboarding and scaling publisher partnerships.
- Strong understanding of traffic sources, conversion optimization, and media buying strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, optimize performance, and scale high-performing traffic sources.
- Experience working with networks, affiliates, and direct publishers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
