Home Depot wanted to use email to expand their appointment setting strategy

The Strategy

The team created an email strategy to generate high value scheduled appointments. We crafted a series of emails with precise targeting to home owners and landlords. We also launched a Retention Series to convert engaged customers from the initial email they received. Through testeing various copy, headlines, and promotions, we successfully increased appointment rates and increased cutsomer purchase amount.

The Result

We increased click-through rates by 34% from April 2020 to September 2020. We exceeded Home Depot’s KPI by 40%, while enhancing the promotions and messaging that increased responses that ultimately lead to an overall increase in average purchase price of goods.
